Dear Carolina Arbors neighbor:

On Saturday, Apr 26, 2025 I am participating in ALS United North Carolina’s Walk ALS Triangle. 

ALS is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow, and breathe. Every 90 minutes, another person in this country is diagnosed with the disease. 

There is currently NO cure. And that’s just unacceptable. I'm part of Leeza Hollingsworth's team, a fellow Arbors resident who suffers from this disease. 

So it’s why I’m walking – for those who can’t. My goal for this event is $1500 and I hope you’ll help me reach it. 

Any amount you feel comfortable giving is appreciated; every dollar makes a difference. With your support, we can make a positive impact today for everyone living with ALS.
