STROM STRONG 2025

Strom Strong

My husband, Eric Strom, was diagnosed with ALS in October 2023. We are grateful for his slower progression, yet Eric has recently retired due to his limitations.

My hope is to show Eric our love and support, encourage him on this journey and offer hope!

Currently, ALS has no cure. My goal is to raise money to find a cure and support our ALS Community.

FUNDING=RESEARCH=CURE

ALS United NC has been wonderful to us. The fund research, and help support ALS patients and families with equipment, support groups, financial assistance and much more.

I am asking you to please donate or join our team, STROM STRONG. You do not need to be present to be a team member. The more the merrier, but we understand many of you are far away. Let’s give Eric hope!

Every dollar brings us one step closer to finding a cure. Please help us find a cure for Eric and his ALS Community.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at  wendydstrom@gmail.com.

That’s why we’re participating in the Walk ALS Triangle. To bring hope. To raise awareness. To provide resources and services to families free of charge. To help unlock the mystery of ALS and find the key to treatments a cure. Will you join us?

ABOUT ALS

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is a progressive, fatal neuromuscular disease that slowly robs the body of its ability to walk, speak, swallow and breathe. The life expectancy of a person with ALS averages 2 to 5 years from the time of diagnosis.
ALS can strike anyone. Presently there is no known cause of the disease, yet it still costs loved ones an average of $250,000 a year to provide the care people living with ALS and their families need. Join the movement to provide help and hope today!
