Welcome to My Personal Page
Our team walks in loving memory of Linda, my mother, my dads wife, my brothers mother, and my daughtesr grandmother. She was a friend to many who embodied strength, grace, and gratitude through her battle with ALS. She taught us what it means to smile through hardship and to be grateful for every moment ? and since 2016, we?ve been walking to honor her and all those affected by this devastating disease.
Each year, we take on the ?Try to Be Like Linda? ALS Challenge- 15 minutes of sitting completely still, unable to move, scratch, swallow, or speak ? a small glimpse into the daily challenges faced by those living with ALS. It reminds us why we walk: to support families, raise awareness, and fund critical research to find a cure.
Every 90 minutes, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with ALS ? and every 90 minutes, another person loses their battle. Together, we can change that.
Please consider joining our team for the Walk ALS Wilmington or donating to help us reach our goal.
No donation is too small, and every contribution brings us one step closer to ending ALS for good.
