Dear Family and Friends:

As some may already know, Martha has now entered in-home hospice care as of July 30, 2024, her lung function having dramatically dropped 20% from April to July.  It is our plan to again walk as a family this October, dependent upon Martha's condition at that time.  If she is unable to walk, then Richard, Beth and the grandchildren will do the walk in her honor. 

This disease strikes one new person every 90 minutes and someone succumbs to it also every 90 minutes somewhere in this world.  We won't give up the fight and need your support to help find a cure.

 Martha's and Richard's combined goal is $700 this year, our team hoping to raise $1200.  I believe with our church's hosting an ice bucket challenge in August, and all funds generated going to our Walk goal, we can together do this!  

Thank you to all who supported us in 2022, 2023 and who will do so again in 2024.  Your continuing prayers are also one of our greatest blessings as we  enter the later stages of this terrible disease.
