This year my family and I are walking in support of my dear friend, Crystal who has ALS. Crystal has been my friend for 15 years. She has been with me through good times and bad times. She helped me survive braces as an adult! Thank goodness for ice cream suppers! And we helped each other through motherhood! She's been there to listen to me, laugh with me and at me (lol!), and talk me through life! We've had so many good times and I am so upset that she has to go through this. But maybe with the help of donations, a cure will be found one day! Sooner, rather than later I hope!
